Sara Amani co-founded Hercules Pharmaceuticals to build a more aligned, accountable, ethically grounded, and operationally responsive healthcare infrastructure model focused on improving pharmaceutical access, provider sustainability, and continuity of care. Hercules’ mission is centered on strengthening the connection between manufacturers, providers, and patients through scalable infrastructure that improves access, reduces operational friction, supports long-term healthcare sustainability, and upholds transparency and patient-centered decision-making.

As Chief Executive Officer, she leads the company’s strategic direction across manufacturer partnerships, provider engagement, distribution infrastructure, and enterprise growth. Under her leadership, Hercules and Aria have evolved into integrated operating platforms supporting health systems, specialty pharmacies, oncology providers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers navigating increasingly complex market access and commercialization environments while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical business practices and responsible healthcare stewardship.

Sara’s background spans global trade, supply chain strategy, healthcare operations, and pharmaceutical distribution. Her work has focused on solving structural gaps that impact the speed, reliability, and continuity of patient access across modern specialty healthcare delivery, with an emphasis on accountability, integrity, and equitable access to care.

Timothy Ward co-founded Hercules Pharmaceuticals and leads the organization’s legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance strategy.

Tim has played a central role in shaping the company’s accountability driven operating model and governance infrastructure supporting its long-term growth. He is also the architect of the Gatekeeper Compliance Program, a nationally recognized framework designed to strengthen regulatory oversight, improve supply chain accountability, and enhance safeguards across pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare operations. The program has helped organizations reduce risk, improve transparency, and operate more effectively within increasingly complex regulatory environments.

His background includes regulatory law, operational governance, risk management, and compliance strategy across highly regulated industries. He has been instrumental in developing the systems and oversight structures that allow Hercules and Aria to operate with speed, agility, and operational integrity while supporting complex specialty market access and healthcare initiatives at national scale.

Tim also serves on the Board of Directors of the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA), as well as the boards of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) and the Partnership for DSCSA Governance (PDG), supporting broader collaboration across pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare policy, specialty pharmacy, and supply chain advancement.

Jon Amani co-founded Hercules Pharmaceuticals and oversees the organization’s operational execution, financial strategy, and enterprise infrastructure across Hercules and Aria.

As Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, Jon leads the operational systems, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and execution framework supporting national distribution coordination, inventory continuity, provider responsiveness, and scalable healthcare operations across increasingly complex specialty markets. He has played a central role in building the infrastructure that enables Hercules and Aria to rapidly implement strategic initiatives across manufacturer, provider, health system, and specialty pharmacy environments.

Jon works closely across operational, commercial, and financial functions to support complex healthcare initiatives involving specialty commercialization, market access, provider sustainability, reimbursement strategy, and large scale operational deployment. His leadership focuses on operational agility, disciplined execution, financial alignment, and integrated healthcare infrastructure designed to improve access, continuity, and responsiveness across modern pharmaceutical and specialty care delivery.

Ali Ahmed leads commercial strategy, manufacturer engagement, and market development initiatives for Hercules Pharmaceuticals.

He brings experience across pharmaceutical commercialization, healthcare innovation, life sciences technology, and specialty market access. Prior to joining Hercules Pharmaceuticals, Ali held leadership roles at Salesforce and Fresenius Kabi, where he supported commercialization initiatives involving biosimilars, biologics, specialty pharmaceuticals, and evolving healthcare market strategies.

Ali works closely with manufacturers, providers, health systems, and specialty pharmacy stakeholders to support commercialization alignment, strategic market expansion, and integrated access initiatives across increasingly complex healthcare environments. His background spans pharmaceutical strategy, intellectual property, regulatory considerations, enterprise healthcare technology, and commercialization planning.

At Hercules, Ali helps lead initiatives focused on accelerating market access, strengthening provider alignment, improving commercialization execution, and supporting more responsive infrastructure across modern specialty healthcare delivery.

Randy Erickson leads strategic growth initiatives, provider engagement, and healthcare relationship development for Hercules Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Hercules Pharmaceuticals, Randy served as Chief Executive Officer of Utah Cancer Specialists, where he led a 375 person organization across 13 locations and worked closely with providers, health systems, and oncology stakeholders navigating the operational and financial complexities of modern cancer care delivery. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years with UPS in operations, health, and safety leadership roles, including Regional Occupational Health Manager.

Randy brings a unique combination of healthcare leadership, operational management, and large scale logistics experience that supports Hercules’ continued expansion across specialty healthcare, provider enablement, and pharmaceutical access initiatives.

At Hercules, Randy works closely with oncology providers, specialty practices, health systems, and strategic partners to support growth, strengthen provider sustainability, improve operational responsiveness, and advance more integrated approaches to specialty care delivery and patient access.

Elie Bahou brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across pharmacy operations, payer strategy, PBM partnerships, health systems, specialty pharmacy, and pharmaceutical services.

Prior to joining Hercules Pharmaceuticals, Elie held senior leadership roles at Cardinal Health, OptumRx, Rite Aid, and Providence St. Joseph Health, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer. Throughout his career, he has led large scale pharmacy operations, supported payer and PBM alignment, and guided strategic growth initiatives across complex healthcare organizations.

At Hercules and Aria, Elie leads pharmacy strategy, healthcare market alignment, and enterprise relationship development across health systems, specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, and provider networks. His work focuses on improving pharmaceutical access, strengthening operational coordination, supporting provider sustainability, and advancing more integrated approaches to specialty care delivery and patient access.
